The whole experience was very easy and the car was ready when I wanted it to be.
Happy with the service, however I feel these should have been sorted before taking away an approved mini.
Have never had a bad mini service experience.
I had thought the work was covered on the warranty but turns out I was confused between the 5 year service plan and 3 year warranty. Nonetheless I wasn't expecting to pay £168 for what I anticipated to be a small repair job (no parts).
The staff were extremely helpful and my experience was quick and hassle-free.

There was a mix up due to a system issue, where the car I'd viewed and paid a deposit for was actually sold to someone else. Whilst this lead to disappointment, Adam was quick to make me aware of the issue and resolved it in a professional manner.

Mini was picked up and dropped off - great service BUT later noticed kerbed nearside alloy (99% sure it wasn't me as my other car is 14 years old without any kerbing), the offside indicator was dislodged and a coachline chipped and other problems
Rectified problem and also did service while car off road saving me further inconvenience

staff doing the handover could use knowledge on the kit in the car they are handing over.some features i asked about were not included according to the salesperson but once out and checking myself the features were there. mini options are a crazy

it was straight forward , done on time and the car was washed which was nice . The only thing I have an issue with is that my radio settings had been wiped.
