Clunky process for ordering, finance, and insurance offer. Mini finance refuse to stick to their own T&Cs.

Happy with my experience but every time I come for one thing repaired I get told there's something else wrong so it always puts me on the back foot when I need something fixing.

Everything went very smoothly and Steve was great. I was able to change my mind on which new mini I purchased with no hassle or problems. This was priceless after I had been involved in a car accident with my previous mini.
