The work carried out was quick and efficient. The service advisor explained all aspects of the work to be carried out, including timescales to expect. Courtesy car handover was a great touch given the new mini has different controls. Very happy.

Service etc A1. The process was marred by a bald headed man wearing a blue sweatshirt in the car park. I drive 15 miles and my wife follows to collect me. I do not expect ANY staff to shout OY MOVE IT whist pointing at her aggressively in the carpark
