Everything went very smoothly and Steve was great. I was able to change my mind on which new mini I purchased with no hassle or problems. This was priceless after I had been involved in a car accident with my previous mini.

1st, 2nd, year was great but this 3rd time was not. dropped car off at 8.00am. waited till 5.20pm till i had to phone if my cars was ready before closing time. no call or text if when ready.(not everyone has free time)

While the fault was taken care of found it hard to understand why it took so long to find it and the overall cost was too high mainly due to the labour cost . While my car is ready for a service again the cost is a lot higher than any other garage
