I was NOT told that if the tech couldn't find the noise I had brought my car in for I would be charged for it. My car is under warranty and if I had been told this in advance I would have taken my car away untill the noise got worse.

There 5 hours for a 2 hr MOT slot. Also did not put on the tyres requested, tried to charge £50 for MOT when agreed £40 on the phone when booked it. Did not keep us inforned as had to go to reception twice to ask why we were waiting so long .

Do not want to wait 20 mins sat in a BMW showroom to wait for car keys. Just need to collect and go home. (This is not a fun experience). We also had a complimentary wash but a few grease patches were left on the car.
