The salesman Chris was very efficient in dealing with my questions. He had taken over this sale from another staff member and did his best to ensure an easy transition.

The two Sales people Sarah Wigglesworth firstly then Steve Bagnall couldn't do enough for me they were both very patient and very very nice. Excellent atmosphere and nothing was too much for them to help. The centre is well run I think.

Sandal Wakefield MINI is an extraordinary Centre, extremely clean and cosy, fantastically decorated. They have a decent amount of new and approved used cars in stock. The members of staff are always available to help customers in any way possible.

Overall good but somewhat tainted due to misunderstanding of delivery date changing of sales person didn't help transfer of knowledge was lacking

Was nobody on reception so had to wait 20 mins to collect car, other employee busy on phone but eventually assisted whilst on call.
