Sarah Sirmond the Sales Executive and Richard were outstanding. Kept us in the loop during the build, sharing of documents leading up to handover and was so supportive during handover, nothing was to much trouble.

The two Sales people Sarah Wigglesworth firstly then Steve Bagnall couldn't do enough for me they were both very patient and very very nice. Excellent atmosphere and nothing was too much for them to help. The centre is well run I think.

The Mini reception was not open spa number of customers were outside kicking their heels for 30 minutes. Out of frustration I went to the nearby BMW reception and was advise that on Saturday customer reception was there. No one told us when booking.

From meet and greet at the reception, fast, comprehensive service and lovely clean of the car to hand over back was all outstanding and excellent communication throughout the whole process

Dropped off nice welcome yeah got it serviced. But not happy with price as only owned it 8 months 5500 miles and having a major service should of lasted 12000miles. Or 12 months.

I was kept informed regularly about the delay on the delivery and I appreciated this.
