Call them and ask them. Shocking isn't the word, 5th and final Mini. Totally dissatisfied with the whole experience, my car didnt even have a cover on it like the rest in the showroom as they didnt have enough they told me. Nothing more to say.

Sandal Mini are exceptional in making customers at ease, from discussion around potential Mini's, and providing charts for PCP's and costs for a Mini with monthly payments. It was useful to compare Mini JCW against a Mini Cooper for example.

After having agreed a price for the mini I was trading in Sandal Wakefield charged me £1053 for damage which turned out to be easily removed glue from a wrap. It took nearly 10 days to get my money back

From start to finish including delivery Sandal were very efficient with a very good deal. Only gripe is that as a 19 year old the free insurance did not apply. Should be an alternative it's difficult enough at my age to buy new.

There was no hesitation in sorting out a problem that arose as I collected my car despite it being after closing time. I also received a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was still ok. Even 'Steve' my Miniature Schnauzer was happy!

I was told that my car would be washed and vacced inside before collection, it was not. It still had the car seat covers in and there were loose bolts rolling around the footwells, and the inside windscreen was filthy with handprints.
