Professional and friendly. All went to plan and process was very easy. Only issue was around acceptance of the car - I was initially led to believe I had 10 days to collect the car when it landed in Wakefield. That was not the case.

Was disappointed that my car wasn't ready in the time slot I had asked for. In the end I had to telephone and left a message although never got a call back. Only realised my car wasn't ready ready when I was sent a video of the service

Car was not very clean on collection, I had to vacuum it again when I got home. Also no courtesy car, and to charge for one, seemed ridiculous. Reception staff were very good and super friendly.

My mini countryman JCW went in for diagnosis and the brake dust shield on the rear passenger brakes replacing/fixing. £1000 pounds later I recieved my vehicle back yet the parking sensor issue has still not been fixed. Extra £200 + fitting to fix

My car had a manufacturers fault, so couldn't be return. The part was on back order. A courtesy car couldn't be provided so I was offered a car at £30 a day, when I challenged this it was immediately reduced to £15. So you were just profiteering.

I dropped my car off at 8:00am and I came to pick it up at 16:50 and was kept waiting for 50 minutes. Further more they diagnosed my car with too rich oil which is really too high level of oil . So why didn't they just remove the oil ! Not happy

The pick up of the car turned into a shambles. Rachel our service advisor had taken the afternoon off work and not informed us we were waiting over an hour to get the car. Not being able to find the car keys didn't help.

I repeatedly requested that my tyres needed air top-up. Even after returning to Rachel the service assistant they weren't top up properly in fact air pressure was less than when I arrived.

1st, 2nd, year was great but this 3rd time was not. dropped car off at 8.00am. waited till 5.20pm till i had to phone if my cars was ready before closing time. no call or text if when ready.(not everyone has free time)
