Clunky process for ordering, finance, and insurance offer. Mini finance refuse to stick to their own T&Cs.

Test drive/info all great Don't like the online way of buying the car, for such an expensive purchase. Found impersonal and sometimes a bit confusing. Picking up the car was brilliant, the big reveal and time taken to show the features was great

Lack of communication as provided with no updates throughout the day by the advisor. I advised upon taking the loan vehicle that on the insurance the address they had was incorrect and wasn't told it didn't matter even though it didn't match licence

As above. Sarah was a lovely girl but was as baffled by the technology as I was
