Q: What is the best way to make an enquiry or a booking?
A: In the first instance, please call us, let’s talk. Please call us on 01924 202299.
Alternatively, should you know what type of service your vehicle requires, please click on the ‘Book a Service’ button at the top of the page and complete the booking form.
Q: Can I wait for my vehicle?
A: Yes, you can wait for your vehicle, please discuss when booking. We are asking all customers to leave their vehicle with us and depart if they can. As you can imagine, we would like to reduce the number of people inside the premises to as few as possible to keep everyone safe.
Q: Can I have a loan vehicle whilst my vehicle is for service?
A: We are unable to supply you with a loan vehicle at present as we don’t have a way to make a vehicle safe with a rotation of multiple occupants.
Q: My MOT is due; do I need to get it done?
A: Yes. As you would expect, it is everyone’s obligation to keep their car safe for use on the public roads. Please call us to get it booked in. We are currently running an offer at only £29.99, reduced from £54.85!
