Q: Can I wait for my vehicle?
A: Yes, you can wait for your vehicle, please discuss when booking. We are asking all customers to leave their vehicle with us and depart if they can. As you can imagine, we would like to reduce the number of people inside the premises to as few as possible to keep everyone safe.
Q: Can I have a loan vehicle whilst my vehicle is for service?
A: We are unable to supply you with a loan vehicle at present as we don’t have a way to make a vehicle safe with a rotation of multiple occupants.
Q: My MOT is due; do I need to get it done?
A: Yes. As you would expect, it is everyone’s obligation to keep their car safe for use on the public roads. Please call us to get it booked in. We are currently running an offer at only £29.99, reduced from £54.85!
Q: Would you quote for fitting the part I need?
A: Yes, we would be happy to quote for fitting the part for you, please discuss with the parts advisor when you call.
Q: I’m in the trade, can you deliver my parts?
A: Yes, we can. In the first instance however please call us, let’s talk. Once we understand your requirements, we can plan together on how best to proceed.
