Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm
Saturday 8.30am – 2.30pm
Our Service and Parts departments are welcoming you back safely. We must continue to limit the number of customers in our centres at any one time, so continue to operate our service on a strict appointment only basis.
We are busy actively contacting those who have had an appointment postponed. We will be in touch to re-book at your earliest convenience to your local service centre.
Your Service Appointment
Appointment Time - All bookings will have a specific appointment time. Please adhere to this time to help us keep control of the number of people onsite at any given time.
Prior to your visit – You will receive a call to go through the necessary checks to minimise the time spent at the centre. Please hand over just the one key and remove all personal belongings from your vehicle. You will place your key on a sanitised pad so we can sanitise it.
On Arrival - Please follow the customer guidance displayed, directing you to our service reception.
Drop & Go - We would politely ask that you ‘Drop and Go’ and you will be advised a time for collection. Should you need to wait, there will be an allocated area to be seated. Unfortunately, there will be no refreshments available at this time
Servicing - Our Technicians will use a vehicle protection packs including gloves, seat covers and will be wearing PPE for everyone’s safety. To minimised contact with your vehicles, there will be no usual Service Wash and Vac, however all touchpoints will be sanitised before returning your car.
Vehicle Collection - There will be no physical paperwork and a copy of the invoice will be emailed to you. We are encouraging where possible contactless payment however card machines are available and will ensure these are sanitised before use.
